• A resident or physically in the United States
• In some cases, determining a medical need for treatment-this may require labs and diagnostics

After completing your intake form, you have agreed to the Telehealth Informed Consent. You will receive communication by way of SMS, phone and/or email from our affiliated Providers to schedule your appointment.

You will have a 15-minute video call with the Provider to ask any questions, explain your goals, and determine the best protocol.

The technology necessary to interact with your health professional may fail and delay your services. If a technical failure prevents you from communicating with your Provider, you should contact Soma by emailing care@somapeptides.com or calling (888) 818-6543 Mon – Fri 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
