CJC-1295 is a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analog that acts on the pituitary, while Ipamorelin is a selective Growth Hormone Secretagogue that also acts on the pituitary. These two combinations act together to increase Human Growth Hormone by acting on two different families of receptors.
